Also, since when is Gettleman's job to prepare the team to win. That is the god damn coaches job. You guys blaming Gettleman for execution amazes me. Disagree with getting rid of Norman, sure, I'd have loved to have had Norman this year, but honestly, we wouldn't be any better the way we've played so it would have been wasted. Glad we didn't resign Short before the season either. That said, he put the team together, but he doesn't have any input on their discipline, penalties, bad route running, pick 6s, not going for it on 4th and 1, sitting your MVP QB, etc. He's not the head coach, he's the freaking GM.

You need to work for Gettleman. You'd make a great yes man.

Everybody is trying to do more than they should because the lack of talent. Luke and TD are overworked because of what Gettleman didn't do this offseason.  Cam is beat up because of what Gettleman didn't do this last offseason.

Everybody understands that but you. You miss the obvious much like your beloved Gettleman.

I supported him in the past but he deserves criticism, lots of it!
