Im actually interested in what Gettlemen is going to do this off season.

We'll most likely to have a top 10 pick. Careers are won and lost with what GM's do with top picks.

He has 30 plus years experience in this league.

Show us what you're made of.

Bitching about Gettleman because of bad starters is one thing. At least we can debate the merits of that when talking football.

But backups now?

There are only 53 roster spots on a team, with less than that active on game day. This team has been decimated by injuries. How good of players do you think there are out there to play as backups. If they are good enough to start, they get paid, and they start. If they are a backup, it's because by definition they aren't good enough to start.

Sorry Gettleman doesn't have a Deloreon or a most excellent time traveling phone to go back and get a prime Polomalu or prime Ed Reed to play backup safety for us just in case our current starter got hurt.

C'mon man.

Would be a convincing post if you didn't debate against/ban every poster who brought up Gettleman criticisms.

More backups than true starters on this team...

This has nothing to do with Norman. Hardy, DeAngelo and Smitty were sent packing too. In the NFL, it's the next man up. Norman wasn't our heart or soul or brain. That's Luke, TD, Olsen, and Cam. You can use the Norman angle but he bitched about others getting attention over him, and cost us games for two years because he did what he wanted to do.

Respect you but do not agree

norman won a few games for this team too, have you forgotten those?
