There was another flight with a mechanical.  Biggest thing is every flight is supposed to have reserve fuel in case of things like this.  the way it sounds is the flight didn't have enough fuel to even make the trip. Flight should never have happened and wouldn't be surprised to hear some people going to jail for it.  Negligent homicide would be no issue here.  Someone on the ground released the flight with that fuel
