I'm not denying any of that but if the coaches thought he had a chance to line up in the playoffs given his age I know they would have kept him on board.

Honestly, I think this team just got to complacent. We lost the keep pounding mentality. We tried to play to many experiments so perhaps your right.

That's what it seems. The Front Office pretty much did the bare minimum this offseason, so really looking at it, this all isn't surprising.

I'm a Gettleman supporter (shut up) but he sold us a false bill of goods when it comes to his team building philosophy. He said he believes that you win up front and in building both lines up. He believes in building the DEFENSIVE line up and seems like he could care less about the O.L. It's full of other teams rejects, udfa, and journeyman. Only worthwhile capital he spent on the O.L  in the draft or in free agency is a 3rd round pick on Trai Turner
