And let everyone here be honest . If he had gone for it and failed we'd be hearing the exact opposite critique.

I can honestly say that I would have been okay with him if he had gone for it and Cam not made it. Cam. Not Tolbert. Not Stew. Not Ginn. Not Benjamin. Not Olsen. But Cam, up the middle from under center for less than a yard to seal the win against one of the best teams in the NFL.

It was tied. Failing gives them the ball on our side of the field. in retrospect I get it but it's not as clear cut as its being made out to be. If we failed the attempt and gave that offense the ball on our side of the field fans would be just as passed off..

Fans are gonna be pissed no matter how we lose.

So you're saying you would have rather put your faith in a defense that had already given up 32 points than a 6'5 250lb athletic freak to pick up 3 ft?

Had he given me any indication that he could run it that day, yeah. But if you watched the same game I did, you could tell that wasn't the Cam we needed, that was the Cam we probably deserved.

Lmbao..W  exactly TF is a miracle touchdown? And did you miss the entire second half?

Cam was having a terrible day out there throwing the ball. Both of those touchdown passes were pretty much miracles when compared with the rest of the day. Take those two brilliant strikes away and his stats are 12/27 for 114 yards and one INT. Josh McCown in Cleveland had a better day.

They were miracles for a number of reasons: 1) Cam didn't get sacked or have the ball knocked down. 2) Ginn and Benjamin actually got open. 3) Cam didn't over throw them. 4) Cam had the time to see them. 5) Neither one dropped the pass. Considering how the day was going, miracle seems about right for how those turned out.

Cam's so much better than he was on Sunday. Just a bad day at work for him. It happens, even to the great ones.

True but Rivera's gutless decision to punt the ball pissed even more fans off. It seems like Ron forgot we're the desperate team trying to get a spot in the playoffs. Ever since Rivera has been head coach, we tend the lose games in the same fashion. You would've thought by now he would learn but he hasn't and it's frustrating as a fan to watch his piss poor decisions when the game is on the line.
