Playoff calculators are out. Basically Atlanta needs to lose 4/5 and we need to win out.

Mathematically it is nearly over.  As it stands now.

Atlanta needs two more W's or any combinations of more Panther loses.to remove out three time crown.

I believe even if they end up with 9 wins they would have the tiebreaker to claim the NFC South  Three game deficit with 5 to play is too steep of a hill to climb.  

NYG Needs two more wins or any combination of loses secure the 5th seed

Bucs are looking strong and could snag the 6th seed but we would have to leap over 7 teams in 5 weeks.  Ironically we are 7 spots from No. 1 pick too.

I never give up hope but the reality is slim is our best word.

I hope we kick the shyt out of Seattle next week.   I would love more than anything to keep that streak going.

BUT Like Jeremy I will always continue to watch. I wait too damn long for this 17 week season to skip games because we are out of it.

I've accepted it even though it's "mathematically" still possible. We're not winning the division, and 9-7 isn't going to be good enough to get into the playoffs. I don't even care about a winning season at this point. This team needs help and slipping 10 spots doesn't make me feel better if it's a moral victory and we win out. If we somehow get hot, and a few other teams tanked, get into the playoffs and make a deep run, that would be awesome, but I don't see it happening. I think we've dug ourselves a hole that's too deep to climb out of at this point.
