I buried the season 2 weeks ago against KC.  I feel that I just watch out of responsibility as a fan now.

i've accepted that there's still a snowball's chance in hell that the panthers might make the playoffs, but i'm still rooting for back to back winning seasons...

...and if that doesn't happen, i'm still cheering for them to fug up some's chances of making the playoffs...

...and if that doesn't happen, i'm still looking for them to play a good game...

...and if that doesn't happen, i'm still excited to see someone have a breakout game...

...and if that doesn't happen...well, you get the picture.

seriously just sat on my couch in my TD jersey and drank beer.  I slept just fine after we lost last night, I was furious after the KC loss, that's the difference.

I knew we were losing when we didn't go for it on 4th and 1.

What sucks is that 3 of my friends were on TV behind Gano warming up at the end, getting excited since we moved the ball with ease with plenty of time left, and then....plop. Poor guys.

Im now in the mode of hoping for individual accomplishments for players.  Hope Olsen gets 1000 yards this season to be among the elite in TE history.

there's always hope. but even when there isn't football is precious. i enjoyed the last couple games of the 2012 season and i intend to watch the rest of them this year too.

putting up with it now will make our superbowl win that much sweeter down the road.

Seattle away with them pissed off coming off an embarrassing loss? No chance. Still watching and rooting though.

This^^^.  Rivera surrendered control of the game when he chose to punt rather than give Cam and the O a chance to gain less than a yard for another set of downs.

8 loses like I said after a few weeks in one of these threads. We do need 3 teams to basically implode and us to win out however.

we aren't going to the playoffs but I'll still enjoy trying to expose the Falcons, watching the Falcons lose in the playoffs and everyone who plays Denver 

Also excited to see continued development of Worley and Bradberry, hopefully Butler gets some more playing time.

With less pressure I'd like to see Funch take a bigger role in the offense. Let Greg rest a bit.
