Gettleman lost it in the off season. The coaches are not good enough to cover up the front offices failed off season. They keep trusting the defense to win games like this was the 2015 secondary. They keep going with long developing routes as if the front office actually cared about the OT position.

Just fire Gettleman and move on. This is only going to get worse until the window slams shut.

We were weak on the OL so we didn't draft one and signed one back up center.  We were weak on the pass rush so we didn't draft one or sign one. We were weak on playmakers so we didn't sign or fraction a WR and drafted a TE no longer on the team. We signed no veteran CBs to start to replace Norman. But we did trade for a pinter. Call the staff out all you want but this is on the incompetence of Gettleman

Gettleman has gone to bat for Mike Remmers time and time again and he was beaten three  consecutive times to lose the game (do you even have any pride as a man, Mike?)

The staple of a good GM is that he adds talent quicker than he loses it, but this team has done nothing got bleed it since he got here.

He needs to be fired. He's too old and egotistical for the amount of responsibility on his shoulders. Too set in his ways.

This season really was put in peril when Gettleman decided to rescind J-No's tag. So, yeah, I mostly blame Gettleman. Between that and making moves during the offseason that didn't really make too much of an impact, it was really a fait accompli. Sure, Ron and coaching haven't been perfect, but you can only play with the pieces that you have been given. Gettleman overestimated a few positions on this team, and really shouldn't have considering lessons of the Super Bowl. But, it is what it is. This offseason will be key to whether or not we will be annual contenders, or great pretenders. I hope that Rivera does the right thing and hires Norv Turner, but, more importantly, I hope Gettleman figures out a way to shore up key weaknesses, beginning with our LT.

If you're not getting better, you're getting worse, and we definitely got worse, mainly because of Gettleman's gambles. Let's see if he can make things right this winter and spring.
