I don't know if it's warranted but I feel like Ron has just as much a hand in this..Shula should not survive the game, it's time too make the call the is necessary. Let Ricky run the offense it's his time for a promotion..

Fine, but that doesn't change the fact that we have backups and out of position players in 3/5 OL positions, and a severe lack of game changing WR.  Might want to see which DT that idiot Gettleman is planning on getting in the off season.  I wanted the Arkansas TE Henry and Oklahoma WR Shepard in the first two rounds last year.  Both are doing well.  We need a lot on O and D.

Good.  Shula can NOT work with changing parts.  Good coaches can change their scheme to fit personnel.  We had shula's wet dream at all positions last year, so he could do exactly what he wanted to do, this year, injuries hit and oh's noes, we can't fathom the idea of adjusting a gameplan to fit personnel.  Get rid of this idiot yesterday PLEASE!
