This offense is underperforming. You're not gonna replace Cam. This franchise is all in on him now, so you have to make a change somewhere else. Shula has to be the guy. Too late this season, but he should not return next season. 

Honestly thought he would have been released after allowing Von Miller to single-handedly take over the super bowl with his playcalling and protection packages.

They have to surround him around other playmakers. It can't be him and one other person. He needs a playmaking WR, RB and line. He needs to be coached by a QB coach and OC who is not afraid to push the envelop.
