I don't know why this organization refuses to have nice things (like sustained success), but it's making it hurt like hell to be a fan. Had so much hope coming off last season. But it's always one step forward, two steps back with this team.

Cam can't even be properly evaluated with this o-line and play calling. Give him an o-line that can block and a creative offensive coordinator and I guarantee we'd see a whole different dude out there.

Major moves need to be made obviously. 

Cam has regressed he's more focused on feathered caps and odd clothing.

Rivera on Panthers Huddle complimented the Raiders on going out and spending money on their huge offensive line who only has one player drafted by the Raiders. Backhanded dig at the front office? I hope so.

Bilicheck would confiscate those hats and lock the guy in the film room. Ron has to demand focus from a 100mill player, not that he should have to but he needs to draw the line and demand more or else...

The other issue is, outside Olsen, even when Newton has time to deliver an accurate strike, the receivers are more likely to drop it than catch it at this point. Ugly all around.

Eh I sort of feel sorry for him. That int was pure awful, besides that, you guys have never surrounded him with anything. He has never been coached which is why he acts childish, erratic, and only shows glimpse of greatness. Newton has never been coached as a QB, only a offensives weapon. What a waste of young talent, Vick 2.0.

Look around the league, 2nd year and first year guys look more polished and comfortable than Cam. Why? because, like Carr, the organization made it a priority to protect the franchise QB. Your organization does not care about your QB, only the revenue he generates. They let Norman go because they are cheap.
