Teams have figured this offense out. even the teams with horrible secondaries and undiscipline play like the Raiders look like worldbeaters. Need a new coordinator and philosophy

Carr finally threw a bad pass. I hope the plan is not to bank on bad throws by Carr to get the defense off the field.
