If Rivera is staying there's no reason at all to fire Shula IMO.

1. What do you bring to this team?

2. What are your goals and objectives for this offense?

3. How are you going to ensure Cam is successful in your offense?

And what if the GM gives Ron an ultimatum? Does Ron just continue to fire assistants? At the end of the day people need to be held accountable.

Shula has his moments of looking like a genius however he has much more examples of where he just flat out shits the bed. I've lost count how many times we run a long developing passing route on 3rd and short even though we know our OL can't protect long enough for the routes to develop. He is also responsible for, Trick play that never works for a loss- run for short gain- short run/ long pass that never develops due to pressure- punt situations that are almost on queue.Then of course there is the next part that isn't fully his fault but as a coach he should do better. He is partly to blame for us coming out in the 1st half firing and then once the second starts failing to do next to anything due to lack of adjustments.

Yeah let's go with Turner who last had a top 10 offense as an OC in the 90s with Dallas. His last stints as an OC with Minnesota, Cleveland and Miami were bad.

By all means let's replace our OC who produced the number 1 offense last year with an underling with no experience who will run the exact same scheme and plays (as would anyone midway through the year) and expect anything better.  The huddle has gone full retard lately.

We could hire Turner who had a good offense 23 years ago with about 5 hall of famers.

Shula has been a constant for Cam.  He got promoted because of that....and we have had the best win percentage with Shula as OC in Panther history. 

Ron is going to really have arm twisted to give up a scapegoat.  Not saying it won't happen...but it is far from the certainty people act like. 

Shula paired with Rivera simply has resulted in the best results this franchise has seen.  Ron ain't going to easy toss Shula aside.
