Oher was adequate but Remmers is just horrific.

So we actually had 1 quality left tackle, who has an injury history anyway, and if we're being honest may end up calling it a career at this point.

So now we need a starter, and a backup.

Many teams would love a starting caliber LT as well. Many don't have that luxury.

Have you seen the quality around the league lately?

This is why so many teams have moved to a west coast style of offense, giving their tackles less time to protect. 

 

Only a crazy person would stick with a long passing game with zero talented tackles available.

Cam in a west coast offense would be worse than Cam in Shula's offense with poor tackle play. There are ways to get around it without moving to a west coast style offense, which Cam wouldn't be great in at all.

Speaking of roster moves, who's still happy with giving up a 4th for Lee? We listerally sign a guy off the streets that's nearly as good.

This season injuries killed the oline from continuity and keeping consistency as a group. Nothing management has done.

Then again, you seem know everything, so I'm still waiting for a list of players you'd get last year, and how you'd solve paying the 2017 and 2018 FAs.

Remmers was bad all last year..was masked by Cam and Turner..He was getting blown by in several games and Cam was just escaping defense belled the offense by getting several turnovers and creating good field position...If it wasn't for that we would have lost most games..Remmers has never been a true starter and it was exposed in several different games ..wade phillips had a years worth of  game film and but the pieces into play on every snap of the game..knowing Cam tendencies and Remmers.

We do not have true weapons we have olsen and he is even taken out of most games..everyone knows this...the rest are not even consistent enough to be considered weapons..we surprised people last yr by doing quick slants and Cams ability to put the ball into tight windows...but the blue print to stop Cam is out..just consistently blitz bc OC will not call correct play and Cam rarely runs.
