But if you want to debate, here is the stats of Carr since entering the league, I wish we could have this "average" QB as our backup, he should be available right?

The Panthers are surely capable enough to win on Sunday. The question isn't talent it is discipline. We have to play well in all phases without a bunch of mistakes. It isn't that most teams are beating us. We are beating ourselves with mistakes and not taking advantage of opportunities that do present themselves. We play aggressively in the first half and play not to lose in the second half. If we have a chance to win either of the next 2 games we will have to play to win all day and be sound and penalty free. Something we haven't done all year.

Even Ryan Leaf could've put up this passing yards and TDs numbers in today's NFL. Carr had like a dozen games of 4th quarter garbage yards. Just like Blake Bortles. Oakland just happen you have a good offensive line, WR Corp and a defense now.

I hope we do well but the Raiders look like one of the best teams in the league this season. Even if their defense hasn't been that good lately , it's their offense that is a problem. These last few games where we have won 3/4 games (should be 4/4 imho if not for idiocy against the cheifs) , it's been primarily because we have had a pass rush magically come into existance, and have been limiting turnovers (-the cheifs). If we dont generate pressure then it will be like all the earlier games of the season with Carr taking all day to pick the defense apart .

Kalil and Luke bring out are absolute killers. 

It will be a miracle if we can manage to beat Raiders and Seahawks in a row on the road. Then we would be 6-6 and play the chargers at home. if the Falcons manage to lose against the Cardinals we they will have 5 losses . HIGHLY unlikely but if we win out and falcons drop a couple of games,  it could come down to a battle for the devision the day before Christmas or even our last game against the bucs, since they are strangely only one game behind the Falcons and they have the tiebreaker over them . NFC south , what a clusterfug.
