Poll: 9-7 or 10-6 and no playoffs or 5-11 and higher draft pick?

So, back to back winning seasons for the first time ever but missing out on the playoffs, or a poorer record but higher draft pick for next year and possible staff changes (i.e. Shula) that people want to see?
