Offense Doesn't Score In 2nd Half Again

For the BILLIONTH time.  Shula cannot make adjustments against the other teams 1/2 time adjustments.  Teams constantly figure out how we are playing and make adjustments to our offense.   Shula does not have the wherewithal to counter those adjustments.

Combine that with Rivera plays defense for 3 quarters and than pray we hold on in the 4th is a recipe for disaster.

Rivera needs to get the mentality of demoralizing a team.  As much as I hate to say it.  Like New England does.  Pedal to the metal for 4 quarters.

Play slow, play the clock, run the ball and go 3 and out. Let the defense hold on to a lead
