Nothing About the hit or his reaction says Concussion to me...nothing... He couldn't breathe and his lips were literally PURPLE going into the tunnel... Concussion seems to be the safe excuse the team gave to quell the concerns.. 

it looked like broken rib or even punctured lung to me..  He is gonna be in my prayers tonight the game after that point became a Non issue to me.. He is our Defense.. and to see him in pain and crying was absolutely heart wrenching...

 

Pray for 59!

That's sensationalist and dumb, especially prior to knowing anything about it.

We know he struggled to come back last year missing a month with a concussion. That's prior history. Oher and Cam had never had concussions I their NFL careers that I'm aware of, certainly not missing a month of football a year ago with a concussion.

But yeah, you're right, we should try to rush him back out there and potentially risk the career of our HOF MLB so that we can potentially win a few meaningless games to knock us further down the draft board.

I want to see Luke play a lot morefootball, not go out like Dan Morgan.

I agree, I honestly thought he tore his ACL and was emotional because he knew it was bad. Now, when they say concussion and then we see how messed up he was, that was really scary. I'll pray for Luke tonight. I feel for the Panthers organization right now. Never want to see that

Right in the face then down into the chest. Doesn't look like much but it doesn't take much either.

okay so let's be clear, now that Cam Newton has had one, if he obtains another, God forbid, in Week 1 of next season, we IR him immediately. That's what you're putting forth.

 

Teams don't deal in hypoethical what ifs and they never, under any circumstance, play for draft stock.

Like it or not, if it's light enough, he'll be out there again. That's the reality of the sport.

Hope it's not a concussion. ...period. Has nobody been paying attention to the concussion news the past several years? headaches for life, depression, suicides with notes attributing the depression to head injuries, etc.

If you want what's best for him personally and to see him continue his career then the last thing to want it to be is another concussion

This was a pain he never felt before he was taking tiny short breaths all the way back to the locker room and he wasnt getting oxygen as the coloring in his face and lips were showing... think the concussion report is just a smoke screen
