Is Shula to blame or the return of KB?

But people get pissed when Cam takes the sack. I think he tries to make something out of nothing. It works and when it does, it's great. When it doesn't, it's not good. We've seen Cam make some gutsy plays so I think a lot of times he's just trying to make something happen.

I don't disagree.  But he needs to be aware of the fact some times Superman isn't needed.  We were in position where a punt simply was a better play than a risky throw.

I agree totally. I'm not sure you can change that in him though. I feel like he's one of those people that will do whatever he thinks he can to put them in position to make some plays.

I think poor situational awareness would mean it is better to eat a sack than loft one to centerfield in your own territoty, in desperation, to get picked, and open the door for KC (who hasn't done poo offensively)

Peyton Manning or Brady eat it.  There is a time and to blindly toss it up.  Cam failed there

That's exactly what Schwartz meant. Taking 2 sacks to lose a combined 19 yards back to back to get out of field goal range and throwing a prayer when you're up 2 scores in the 4th were unnecessary.

yep.

As a man once said, big guys up front allow you to compete......and the Carolina Panthers don't have good big guys upfront.  We have weak run blockers and are overall marginal at pass protection (decent inside and gets bad going out)

Agreed, at the very least one(wr,ot) needs to be upgraded and considered a priority in the offseason. The way teams are scheming against us we need guys to either hold up in protection or be able to get open FAST. We're doomed as a offense if we get in 3rd and long situations and that's due strictly to personnel

Its definitely more on Cam and I don't think it's even close. He pretty much has complete control of the offense and he can audible in and out of any play. Cam has been off this year because the OL is more shaky than last year. We also had a pretty easy schudule last year and wasn't even challenged until we got to the super bowl. This year has been more on the players. So many fug ups cost us too many games but its mainly been a mixture of Cam, OL, Secondary, Gano, and KB that last game.

Im tired of blaming Shula for EVERYTHING.

Gano misses the fg at denver game - whos fault is it? its fugging the kicker and not shula

Saints beat us 41-38 - whos fault? the defense not shula

KC loss - Cams pick 6 and KB's fumble

Julio goes off 300 yds - secondary

Sure shula has made mistakes but to say he is the #1/main reason we lost all our games is complete BS.

Cam can't stop throwing picks. He throw off his back foot. But a lot of time it's Shula.

I can't argue with you.

Just heard on First Take (I know I know) but they talked about Cam. They brought up an interesting point. What if Cam is just good. Not elite but good. Tier 2 qb like the pundits say. I am a believer of Cam, but what if he's just "good"? Maybe last year was a freak year. I'm not saying I believe this I just think it should be discussed.

I think its unfair to judge Cam with Shula as his OC and a weak OL. Cam is definitely pressing more this year cause well we suck

I don't think we can say that. Cam hasn't had a solid OL and he has Shula, who has done some good things with him, for an OC. I've said before, we won't really see his greatness come alive until there's someone who will not only ride his ass but can properly gameplan. Last year was a sneak peak, but our schedule helped us out and we were healthier.

I get you, but we still had Shula last year. If I'm not mistaken, we had the 16th best offense of all time as well. That can't be a fluke right?
