This season is not turning around with the same coaching mentality...after the season something has to give. There needs to be some firings somewhere on the coaching staff and some players need to be shown to door

Season has been over and that's a good thing hopefully all the bandwagon fans we got from last year realize they are better off leaving this team alone I preferred it that way

This, we are a running team that can't run the ball. I see teams like the Cowboys,Titans, Steelers, and Raiders pound teams into submission. What is the common denominator? They all invested high picks and FA money on Guards and Tackles. Guys like Mike Tolbert, Ed Dickson, Michael Oher and Mike Remmers do not fit into our philosophy, they need to be replaced (btw,I am typing this right now watching Ezekiel Elliott run 83 yards on a screen untouched). Also for coaching two points; Mike Shula has yet to solve the riddle that the Falcons then the Broncos in the SB used last year to beat us and has carried into this season, he has no counters or pulse for the game. Hopefully that should be enough for Ron Rivera or Gettleman to force Ron to let him go at the end of the year. Second point, Special teams has been abysmal under Rivera we get zero production and they are more of a momentum killer. Team needs a hard long look at the mirror.
