You can blame Shula actually..it's called just run the ball and set up the FG at this point...3 score game then..3rd and 17 you aren't converting that 9.9/10 so just play it safe and for the FG there...

That's the problem with poo coaching staffs. They don't know when to play conservative and when to play for it all. Rivera loves to run the clock out with 2 mins left but gonna try to go deep on a 3rd and 17 with a well known poo OL...not even on the players you know that they aren't holding up. Sheer stupidity and a big reason why this team will not do poo if they even make the playoffs.
