Great all we need is a qb that releases the ball quick vs our poo corners . Pass rush better show up becausr this game will be won on defense !!!!" Our offense is going to get shut down by their stout pass rush . Im expecting us to lose

A QB like Smith is not a bad thing at all. They don't have playmakers that can get YAC. Release the ball quick to a receiver near the LoS what will happen? We'll swarm him and it'll be easy. Smith is the perfect QB for our D to go against. Doesn't take shots deep so we can be more aggressive in the back. We have 24 sacks for the 3rd most sacks in the league right now, the Chiefs have 16 which is tied for 21st in the league. They don't have a stout pass rush at all. With Kalil back and a bonus if Oher is back we'll be completely fine against their sub-par pass rush. Granted, that's assuming Justin Houston doesn't have a big role or play at all, but it's not likely that he does. He'll get activated from the PUP this week but all reports say he's unlikely to play and if he does would be extremely limited. Chiefs are a very solid team all throughout, but we should be able to handle them. You might as well go fishing or something else on Sunday because there's no point in watching the game if you think we suck so much.

Don't sleep on Alex Smith. The last six years, he is 54-23-1 (.699). That has to be among the top 10, maybe even top 5 in the league, and it's not just because he plays with good defenses; his offenses have not ranked worse than 16th in points scored since 2011. He's a damn good west coast quarterback, and I hold to this day the 2012 49ers would have won the Super Bowl if they stuck with him. He's extremely precise and that's going to test our young corners. He's also mobile, and can and will run if he has room.

The key to beating KC will be coming out strong. If we get out to an early lead - say, 14 points - they will have a hard time coming back. Smith only has 6 fourth-quarter comebacks the last four years. The Chiefs aren't built to come from behind. That being said, if we go into prevent, Smith will eat us up with short routes.

Oh look another thread with just a tweet..must be nice to do nothing and stay on twitter all day. Guess your simple mind has no substance or ideas to add to the tweet.

I have the Bleacher Report Team Stream app.  You can keep hating though, if that makes you feel better.

This will be another physical game and I hope the Panthers are up for this one. The defense will definitely need to apply pressure to Alex Smith and force him to make mistakes and turn the ball over in this game. Our best shot on offense is we have to be able to run the ball and control the tempo of the game. I hope Mike Shula design a lot more shorter and intermediate passing calls for Cam, to get the ball out early and on time. Cam also needs to get back to having fun and playing like the MVP.The sooner he does this, the better chance that we have with finishing the season strong and potentially pushing for a postseason birth.
