Igo needs to crack the whip a few times around this place. This tired narrative needs to go once, and for all. 

I have a reasonable observation and i am entitled to express it just as you have a time or two, you are free to pass it by if you don't agree but I am not six years old and Jeremy is not my authority figure.

I stand by what I said, this team is never going to have back to back,winning seasons with a Kmart special line, a 30 year Old running back, and a formation that has clearly been diagnosed by the tape masters that are the NFL DCs and a QB never pushed or held accountable

I don't have a problem with this thread, but one question. Are you saying Cam is never held accountable?

I agree he needs to be challenged. I think Shula was good for him for a time, but he definitely needs a coordinator who is going to help him evolve. You're only as good as your coaching m.

I think it's mostly the confidence and the fact that he said he's not having fun. He's worried about surviving a play. 

Season will be over soon. He can go regroup and hopefully the Panthers will do the same. 

I think Cam's biggest issue right now is the O-line.  Shula has done a masterful job of preparing him for the NFL and utilizing his talents.  Unfortunately the O-line has been pretty bad pretty much ever since Gross retired.

BTW...I've been critical of Cam about his accuracy this season, and season's past.  But he's the best QB we've ever had and I agree with the folks being critical of GMan based on the lack of talent he has procured on the O-line.  I'd really hate to see Cam's career cut short because of concussions or any other injury but if we don't get a competent O-line I'm afraid that's what's going to happen.
