These moves are a bit senile. This is the same man who thought 'rolling the bones' with a rookie punter due to the team he had put together was not smart. However, loading up a secondary with garbage and inexperience seemed like a safe move for the 2016 seasons. If he was willing to go with a rookie secondary, then the rookie punter was a much safer bet.

No move from this front office should every shock us.
