RULE BOOK

Shared this on twitter as well, but, Worley is fully extended at point of impact.  His shoulder is clearly mid-thigh level, and helmet is above thigh pad level.  Completely legal hit.

Jeremy can you disect the safety play.  IMO it still is pretty bad. Tre Boston is bad and not sure whats going on with Coleman.  They look so lost and out of position.  Was Harper that important last year?

From what I saw it seemed like Remmers had another decent game on the left side of the line. 

Am I right or wrong in this regard? How'd the tackles perform in general? I missed the second half.

This is one of my favorites.  Great job by Leonard Johnson, having the patience/control to stay at home, and push the play back inside.  Pretty big deal, considering his first game back.  A lot of players get overly antsy, after being out for an extended period.

Joe P is an idiot.  You can arm tackle the legs on a QB, plus he isn't in a throwing motion (aka "defenseless position") which I thought was part of the rule.  If he wants to see what an illegal hit in that situation looks like, fast forward a bit to Campbell's hit on Cam. 

 

GD Person is dumb, doesn't know the game of football at all.
