At one time we had a runningback who was just like AP.He'd run around you,over you thru you,it didn't matter to him.He is probably the only player to ever beat up Chester McGlockton.If he had stayed healthy for us he would have been great.But Fred Lane couldn't stay healthy cause of his running style,then he was shot and killed in his doorway by his wife.Rest in football heaven brother

Not to agree with this idiot but the season is still very early. DWill didn't hit his stride until a few games in last season and AP has played against the Lions and the Browns, two teams that will be battling for the #1 overall pick this year.

Compare the stats of D-Will and AP from last season, all 16 games. I would take D-Will, but he needs to be consistent. So hopefully last season was a glimpse of what's to come in his future. AP had far more fumbles (9), less yards per carry, less runs of 40+ yards. The only stat he has on DeAngelo is total yards on the season, but he also had far more carries. When you have superior blocking, most running backs who have proven they are NFL material can get it done regardless of who they are.
