He did recently.  Didn't he get 90% of snaps vs. New Orleans?  Something like that.  I'm too busy to check.  Shaq has been getting some significant playing time...

Kind of a cross between match-ups the team likes, and Davis still being nicked up. There are slot guys that Shaq can stay with, and of course there are others he doesn't match-up as well with. To me the fact that he covers as well as he does, for a LB, just shows how athletic he truly is.

He plays the run, and can cover more than just TEs as well. The kids got a bright future.

It's not a fact.  He's had plenty of PT.  He just isn't good.  I agree, keep arguing though, kid.  You'll get it one day.

Your statement "He just isn't good" pretty much invalidates any opinion you have on Shaq.

Or....Here's a novel idea. Maybe you could actually add some context to your posts. Or is "Oh look excuses" the extent of your repertoire?

What context?  His stats are pretty baffling the amount of time he's gotten on the field recently. 24 tackles, no picks, no sacks, no ints, no fumbles forced.  I mean, what else do you want me to say?

Hey, I appreciate you putting some effort into that post.

Here's a factoid for ya. If you add a sack to Shaq's stats, they match up well with TD. So you are saying that Shaq is as good as TD?

But...a few posts back, you said that Shaq just isn't good. So, that would mean that TD isn't good.

Either way. I am good with Shaq.

Well, the Football Historian (Mr. Scot) has stated that TD has declined immensely this year.  So, there's a strong possibility that TD is just as well, not good, as Shaq Thompson.

But, there is only a few players in Franchise history I don't like to say bad things about for putting up with this poo year to year.  Smitty, TD, Mills, and Jordan Gross.

Sooo....You bring Shaq's name into the discussion.

Then....When someone brings up a fact about Shaq. This is your response?

Well done, well done indeed.

And Shaq was our highest rated defender that Saints game as well.

But you know, blind irrational diatribe is way cooler, bruh.

I have no issues with Shaq. I like his play. For some of you though I don't think it matters. He represents Gettleman, and like all players under a rookie contract, you must excuse them unless they stood up to Gettleman or caused him problems. In that case, it is the player who is the problem and Gettleman should not receive any criticism because he tried to make it work.

I do have issues with Ealy, Butler, Soliai, Klein, Bradberry, Worley, Sanchez, Coleman (at SS), and Tre Boston on defense. On offense I take issue with Remmers, Oher, Brown, Funchess, Dickson, Simonson, CAP, Fozzy, and Williams.

Those players match up well against just about no one. The Cardinals are likely going to have a field day exacting their revenge courtesy of Gettleman.

Then the contracts Gettleman writes unloading so much cap space on mediocre to bottom tier players who see little to no action. The contracts and draft picks given up for players like Gano and Lee are prime examples. So, much wasted money overpaying non-factor players and then hoarding even more cap space to keep over paying for poo players.

This has to stop before the team is a shell of itself - if that has not already begun this season.

I don't think I have ever put anyone on ignore. No matter how silly/abrasive they may be. I truly enjoy most of those types of posters. To me, as long as the language stays civil, I will normally take the time to read it.

I mean come on. Some of these posters will say anything to make a point. It can get quite comical at times. Speculation, and hindsight being used as facts are the one thing I will usually respond to. But all in all, I respond to what piques my interest.

Now I did say usually. Cuz there are days when I am feeling a tad bit randy. Those are the days I like to have my fun riding those posts as long as I can.

Short story long. I know, what's new hubs. I guess, like most people, I try to respond how I perceive I am being treated.

I'm just tired of seeing the same dumb poo and terrible threads over and over again . Most of the time their arguments aren't even valid haha

Well, to be honest, there really are only a finite number of points to argue right now. Gman, RR, Shula, McD, other coaches, or the players. Well, and JR of course. So it is inevitable that points will over lap.

So the targets are limited for them at which to voice their displeasure. And when that happens they take every opportunity they get to interject some negativity. They scream and rant, resort to foul language, and basically become belligerent. "Gettledouche" I love it.

Some see to be happier with the fact the team is losing and "they were right" than they were when we were 15-1 last year.

Its mind boggling.
