Belichick values the QB, blindside OT, 2 TEs, and 2 3rd down receivers on offense. On defense he values 2 DEs, 1 DT, 1 LB and 2DBs. The rest he fills in with draft picks and key free agent signings, but those 12 starters are the ones he holds on to for decades.

The Panthers only have 4 of those 12 slots covered. Imagine how strong the Panthers would be if they did not have to lean on Cam, Olsen, Kuechly, and KK to win all their games. Last season the Panthers had 8 of those positions covered. Makes a big difference.

That is on the front office. Not the coach.

Bill has been around for quite some time

I know a lot of people put a lot on Ron, but from what Ron says he lets his coordinators do all the work and I can tell as he just stands there and look dumbfounded on the sidelines. He dont like stepping on their toes. Thats my problem with Ron. I want him to start stepping on toes and being more involved in the preparation for teams. Bill not only adapts preparing for teams, he adapts during the game as a HC. Its like they installed counters to counters they know are coming lol

Weve seen bad times before and came out pretty good after them. Theres nothing to fight....its just at least pretending to have some hope in something that is purely for fun to begin with.

Yep. The big picture doesn't involve what the media or anyone else says to him.

What matters is Ron, Shula, Jerry, and all the coaches getting on him. Lighting a fire under his ass.

The coaches need to be more like Power Rangers, and Cam needs to be more like Megazord. Take control of him and let him beast like he can. Yea I went Power Rangers on it.
