How could Brees sit back there and wait for him to come open?

We opted for a 3 man rush on 3rd and 5 with the opposing O pinned deep in there own side of the field.

Lou has been on his couch for over a month. Not exactly ideal for covering cooks.

Wait I thought he was on our PS all year before being brought up before this game, just like Sanchez? Even still, Finnegan and McClain were both on their couches last year when we brought them in and put them in big roles. Young literally could not have been any worse than Sanchez was outside. And frankly, putting any CB on Cooks without help over the top is on the coaching staff. Or Boston was out of position.

I understand why he was cut. I've never seen a Panthers corner so stiff in my tenure of watching this team.

Somebody should do some research on the 3rd down pass D.  It seems when this D gets in 3rd and long the opposing offense has this Panther D right where they want them.
