Yea, don't put that Saints evil on this team. We have high expectations. I'm happy you lucked out and your sheet franchise finally signed a decent QB and you managed to win one super bowl after 50 years of futility.

Resilient group you guys have. Not the nost talented group in the secondary, but the team played hard, even when down by multiple TDs. I know the losses are frustrating, but NFL seasons are short, and wins are hard to come by, which is why you savor seasons like last year even more. 

Not going to comment on officiating outside of this: at best, they were wildy inconsistent. At worst, completely inept. The game took forever to finish, because there seemed to be a flag and minute long discussion after every play. Terribly hard for any team to carry any type of momentum with that kind of officiating.

Anyway, good game fellas. Hang in there. The team should get better as the season goes on. I don't expect nice comments, but waited a while to post, so that maybe some of the emotion would fade. Have a good night, my friends.

You catch a lot of grief here, but your one of the better non panther fans we have here. Congrats on the win and hopefully Brees realizes there is more to life than football and retires this offseason.

All those PIs on the Saints were easy calls.

Now the Falcons, they got fuged today on that no call.

That's one good thing about our secondary.  At least they're so bad that normally they aren't even close enough to the receiver that there isn't even a chance they will do something dumb and get a PI called against us because normally the other guy is so open our guy doesn't even have a chance to do PI

Sorry our frustrated, underperforming "star" DT basically pushed Brees to the ground by his face. Hope Short gets fined.

I will say that the Saints have holes due to cap issues.

What the hell is our excuse? NIt's terrible having glaring weaknesses with a ton of cap we could have at least used to bring in vets on nice one year deals. Oh well.

They rescinded two penalties against us, what officiating crew does that? The saints DB were getting away with PI the whole fugging game  

I haven't complained about a single call against the Saints, and I won't. My only complaint about officiating was the amount of penalties, on both sides. 

This isn't strictly a complaint about this game either. All over the NFL, penalties are up. It's incredibly frustrating to watch at times.
