There's no built in scapegoat today. The players on the field played to the best of this ability. The coaches did what they could to the fullest extent.

 

The talent simply isn't there.

You do realize that the Panthers will be parting ways with Bradberry, Worley, and Sanchez in the next 2 years. They are all bad. They are worse than Bene. Miami has a good nickel CB now. Even better when he heals up.

Robert McClain is better and the Panthers cut him years ago.

Philly Brown looks like a great 3rd down WR. Cotchery is not missed.

Ealy looks like a future pro bowler. No need to replace him.

That OT position looks great after 4 off seasons.

I am sure any coach could win with that talent and experience.

There are college teams laughing at what Gettleman has done to the team.

Rivera is a complete tard I've been tired of him since 2014 last year I gave him no props for the success it was all because of how well the team clicked

Ron is never going to do that.

If he did, then he'll be like Jim Mora and Dennis Green. It's great for clips but both ended up fired. In fact, if Ron had gone into that mode, then he really has lost the team.

Bottom line is that what really matter at the end is the product on the field and right now, it's just not good enough. Words on a presser isn't going to fix it.

Im just not a big fan of Rivera right now..

When Cam is sitting there on the sideline today saying to the Refs after a late hit "WTF" and the camera pans to Ron and he standing there with his glasses wondering what he will eat on the flight back home instead of throwing off his headphones and getting in the refs face then Ron is just as to blame for our losses..

He doesn't fight..he's bland and doesn't know when he should use a timeout..

Go get Jon Gruden for Cam and stop settling for mediocrity..

Yeah I don't think Ron's a bad coach when it comes down to the football on the field stuff but man he needs to grow a pair, show some fight and enthusiasm out there. Dude is so generic, never speaks out for his teams or players whether that be on the field during the game or during press conferences. PC Rivera.
