There has been some other stuff going on but he has been absolutely awful this year. You can't blame it all on the line, receivers, or Shula. I'm sure hearing footsteps is a big part of that but he has to get over it.

No more long process fires. Broncos fired their coach after a superbowl appearance, regrouped, and won the superbowl years later. We have got to do the same thing or else we're back at square one. It's been 7 years now, obviously we have reached our peak and it wasn't good enough. Fire Rivera, Fire Shula before it's too late and our prime superstars are dwindling. Don't be the typical Panthers franchise for once
