When I say make them, I mean enough to be able to run a WCO effectively enough to move the chains.

If what you say is the case, then all any team would need to do to shut Cam down is blitz heavy forcing him to get the ball out in 3 step drops.

To hear you tell it, he wouldnt be able to do that with consistency.

Have you watched Cam since the 1st quarter of the Super Bowl?

Yea, what I see is coaching problem.

Guys wide open in the flats and Cam doesn't even look their way.

So you are seeing guys wide open (Shula/playcall) and Cam isn't looking their way (Cam thing)?

I'm actually seeing a mix of bad playcall and average QB play.  Sometimes Cam is forcing the ball to Greg and KB and others are open, sometimes there needs to be a hot read or a dump off, and there isn't one.

IMO the entire offense is out of wack.

Yes.

He might be able to get another head coaching gig in the NFL or college. Going back to an OC would be a step down in the long run.

No one is hiring him to be an NFL head coach after complete failure as one and he has never coached in college. His only option is to be an OC again and try to get another HC job from that.

I have def saw ppl wide open in the flats. Funch was one I vividly remember from the ATL game.

As far as I am concerned, the short flat, stick, or drag routes should be Cam's first read.

OL is just not good enough to be looking deep 1st every time.

Yup.  Cam loves the big plays, and I do as well.  They can crush a defense, they allow you to make big comebacks....however they also send you to a lot of 2/3rd and longs....and stalled drives.

We need to work on efficiency right now, not splash plays.
