This play and the 3rd and 2 run in the 4th quarter annoyed me so much.  A running team should not be going 1 for 8 on third down, especially given how close the average yard to gain was.

The funniest thing.... when I read the title before clicking, this was the only play I could think about, and upon clicking, I'm glad we were on same track hahaha 

 

But yea, Tolbert can't seem to block anything this year, it might have been last year too, but this year it's sticking out more like a sore thumb

Here is the thing. We have all known Tolbert is awful for quite a while now, yet the coaching staff insists on him being key in these plays.

Was Trai trying to pull?  If so, the TB makeshift D-Line punished our O-line so bad that he couldn't even pull across because of the surge.

That said, Tolbert's best days are long behind him.

What's New England's identify? Do your job. That's their identity.  It means you as a well paid professional does what he is supposed to do.  Everyone crushes their role and look at the results. 

We have an identity of disengaged, slow to respond, over coach or hang on too lony to a guy can't buy a break team this year.
