You win together and you lose together.  There are a dozen reasons why this team sucks this year

Great teams adapt and compensate.  Look at Minnesota.

We are the dumbest team from top to bottom in the league. Just dumb.

For the life of me, I don't understand why Gettleman didn't adjust. It's like the FO and coaches have an issue with the word. Or they don't know what it means. It's really saddening because Carolina can be something special.

I really don't understand why everyone's calling for Shula's head after that loss last night. He's pretty far down on the list of people you could blame.

Firing Shula isn't going to help anything. The problems start at the very top with one of the most overrated GM's on this board. For a guy who loves his "hog mollies" our lines are sh*t. If you go back and look at his drafts without your blinders on he hasn't done much better than Hunrey. At the end of the day it's on Gettleman to field a talented roster and this team lacks a lot of it.

Since the beginning Rivera has never been able to manage a game. It wasn't until his job was on the line and Cam would yell at him that he turned into "riverboat ron". The fact he bet on his secondary while the Bucs were playing for OT pretty much sums up just how stupid he is.

Derek Anderson, didn't make a single throw all night. Besides the lay ups he was given to Olsen (which he still almost missed) when it came to making a throw he didn't. I didn't like the play call on the INT in the end zone but he needs to throw the ball away, Anderson forced the ball to Olsen. Anderson was lucky he didn't throw 3 picks with the one Grimes dropped on the curl route by KB. Again, just another one of the more overrated players by the blind here on the huddle. Cam puts up 30+ yesterday if he was playing.

Graham Gano, another missed kick. This dude is garbage.

There is so much blame to go around and I'm not sure why Shula is getting singled out. The first and last drives were terrible but Anderson could've put that game away if he hadn't turn the ball over 3 times. However, this FO and staff is way too loyal to each other and it's what has gotten us in this mess to begin with. I expect no changes.

Also... How the f*ck does Teddy Williams still have a job????

4) Dave Gettleman is an excellent general manager but he committed a huge judgement error in our secondary

This is the only one that I semi-disagree with. I felt like the secondary looked decent after the moves made over the past week. Admittedly, we don't expect a whole lot from our secondary the way our team is built. With that being said, the secondary didn't turn it over 4 times (unless you count Teddy Williams being a moron on special teams), and did their part well enough to win the game.

Without looking i bet we are first in turnovers and last in takeaways. That tells me 2 things.  Focus and hunger. Focus to protect the ball and hunger to get it.

If you want to talk unmasking the real mask is small market  mentality.  The franchise was riding the wave of just being at the super bowl and there was ZERO desire to get back because of house money. Im sure they looked at teams that have lost and how they did the following year and with the exception of Seattle most teams flame out. So in their mind why go all in again but just stay healthy and draft high and tie up your core.

That's what's up.

I don't really think any coaches are gonna get fired.

Completely agree.  I think there's some newbies around here that might not know how long we held onto Foxy.  Shula's top rated offense from last year bought him some time.  RR's SB app and coach of the year awards i think cemented his status here for years to come.

I guess i'm the last person on this board still defending Shula.  It wasn't but a year ago he orchestrated the NFL's top scoring offense with Ted Ginn JR. as the top WR.

There were 4 inexcusable, egregious turnovers tonight, and maybe only for one he was even partially to blame.  If we had a healthy Cam we would have had no issue putting 30+ on the scoreboard.

Gano has become a problem, it should be mentioned.

Getting cute and passing on 1st and goal inside the two after dominating the run game might be the line for me. I dont usually pinpoint one or two playcalls in a game, but that was unnecessary and I'm trying to figure out why.
