You need to compare the roster playing the last few weeks with the roster from last season. Theres a bit more difference than just Norman. 

In the secondary alone we only have one starter from last season.

Tillman - retired.

The question becomes who do you replace him with. I'm assuming Proehl.

But reality is I don't see Rivera firing Shula.

I agree with what you're saying about firing Shula, and that's one reason I wonder if Rivera should still have a job. His favoritism toward underperforming vets and marginal coaches is sad but understandable given the fact that he's also a marginal coach in many aspects.

So if we end up 1-15 what happens? Im honest about this question, I havent been around for a season that bad before. If we go 1-15, and not win another single game, would someone get fired then?

Why people are blaming Shula is beyond me. Shula didn't turn the ball over 4 times and commit 2 boneheaded personal fouls late. Also, Shula doesn't kick field goals either.
