Ravens are currently 3-2 as well. They made a similar move with Cam Cameron during their Super Bowl winning season. 

 

This Organization doesn't have to the same moxie to do something similar. I would love to be wrong...but I know deep down everyone is staying until the end of the season

The Bills can do it, the Ravens can.  Heck, it may have been a terrible decision but the Charges franchise (F*cking SD) did it to Marty after going 14-2.  Someone needs to show we're serious about winning ASAP.  We have Cam, Luke, Olsen, the Guards, too many people blossoming right now and nothing to show for it.  This team is showing NOTHING.  

I don't want to become a stat sheet hungry, never good enough Chargers-type franchise but that's what it's very well feeling like.

firing mcdermott doesn't do poo seeing how he's the only coach with any pull that knows what he is doing.  that mother fuger has had a top 5 defense pretty much every season but this one and that is with gentleman doing everything he can to low ball him.
