Devin Funchess has 84 yards in four games. Maybe find a UDFA that can replace him.

Shula needs to be canned, Tolbert should be cut, Remmers should be benched, and Gettleman needs to make a trade for a CB and safety and DE. In that order.

Funchess needs to put on the weight and go to TE...

1) Fire Shula

2) Refocus on the basic (penalties, turnovers, etc)

3) Adjust schemes (quicker stuff on O, more blitzes on D)

4) Look for FA or trade help

It appears this season is lost. Wouldn't make any trades at this point. Best thing we can do is get Worley and Bradberry(when he comes back) some experience. This off season we need to address our pass rush and our tackle situation.  I'd prefer to see a corner signed in FA. We need some experience back there.
