I cant watch the games this season so I cant comment too much about coaching but how can the huge amount of injuries and dismantling of the leadership and talent in the secondarily be blamed on Rivera?

He continues to make the same coaching mistakes he made in '11 and '12. He simply is not improving.

I've always been a Ron fan, but his stoic sideline stare now makes me want to punch him in the face. 

Sure, he's been dealt kind of a poo hand this year from management, but that shouldn't absolve him from blame for the horrible decisions he continues to make this year IMO.
