Monday Night Food Menu

As fate would have it, Columbus day would coincide with the Panthers Monday night matchup against the Bucs and I had the day off. I usually just order pizza and wings for such special occasions but felt like switching it up (maybe the Panthers can do the same tonight).  Inspired by Newtons BBQ food truck  (and may wife craving brisket) I decided to tackle on a smoked piece of cow breast.  

 

 

Beginning the 6 hour smoking journey!

 

 

 

Midway point. The chips weren't smoking enough so I used a thin sheet of foil and dropped the baking tin I initially used. 

 

All done as of 5:15pm Mountain Time. The foil still wasn't enough so I decided to put the hickory chips directly on the grill. This worked a lot better in smoking the brisket. 

 

Ready to tear into this bad boy the same way Luke is going to tear into James Winston ( ewwww?) and the Bucs offense tonight! 

 

Question remains, whats on the menu tonight for y'all?
