Ted Ginn (foot) and Devin Funchess (foot) are both active for Monday night's Week 5 game against the Bucs.

Both were listed as questionable. Mike Tolbert (hamstring) and DE Charles Johnson (quad) are active as well. Inactive for the Panthers are QB Cam Newton (concussion), RB Jonathan Stewart (hamstring), LT Michael Oher (concussion), WR Damiere Byrd, CB James Bradberry, LB Jeremy Cash, and DT Vernon Butler. Derek Anderson will get the start in place on Newton.
