I could go on, and there are others that are on the same tier. Joe Haden isn't an elite CB anymore.

All massive reaches on your part.  Revis has been getting torched this year.  One is done for the season in Verrett and it's his second season.  In other words, Haden is still a Top 10 corner.  You could also argue against Gilmore because he got torched by the Jets and the Jets are awful.

lol Casey Hayward is a career nickel who beat out another name on your list in Flowers, because he was terrible last year

Janoris Jenkins seemingly willfully misses tackles as if he is competiting with tre boston for some kind of award

 

Marcus Peters is a second year player who was targeted more than literally anyone I believe last year.

A number of names on the list are highly contention-able,  I.e. Jonathan Joseph but I'll grant you most of the first half of the list.
