So the Bills fire their OC and improve dramatically on the offensive side of the ball, and now the Ravens are firing trying the same thing. It will be interesting to see if they will have as much of a turn around on the offense as the Bills have.

Let's see, Shula's much-maligned offense has gotten us to the Superb Owl last year and a string of play-off appearances that we haven't seen since the Jake Delhomme days.
