Any OC where his RB is averaging 9 YPC in the 1st quarter and straight gashing the Redskins run defense, and decides to pass it 40+ times after that in 30 MPH winds deserves to get canned. I mean, WTF was he thinking? His playcaliing has cost them at least two games this year.

I don't think the Panthers would make a mid-season move like that. I do want Shula gone when the season is over though.
