That was last year.  I haven't heard one good thing about the locker room this year.   Maybe letting Josh walk for nothing and then not resigning the vets that got us to the SB has something to do with it?  Things can change very quickly especially when you're losing

Josh netted a 3rd round comp pick. It was much better than anything we could get in the trading market.

basically yeah he has a "right" if you could call it that to trash our team and players but it doesn't make him any less of a dick for doing it unprovoked

I'm kind of happy he's being a dick now.

Makes me not feel so bad about him being gone.

JNo and Roman primarily.  I think you could throw in Dwan and Love(until now) because we paid Solai who looks like trash. If I was a player I'd be pissed.   Because of that we were forced in the draft IMO because DG wanted leverage in Star/Short contract negotiations and got emotional with JNo.

I'll buy Love, I felt it was a terrible decision to cut him. I questioned if Norman wanted to be here or he would have signed his tender and I have been one of his biggest supporters even during his "doghouse" days. But you made it seem like there were a few guys.

Igo had talked to him prior to this and said he actually would have held out.

I'm aware.  I still don't think he was going to unless we sucked and it was obvious.  Igo is technically the media so...

Have you seen our secondary?  You think thats just one guy?  Roman was the vet who made sure the other dbs were in the proper alignments and coverages.  His kid goes to the same school as mine and I spoke to him after he signed with NO and you could tell he wanted to be here.  I think we are missing him in the locker room too.

Captain was a salty little turd who was let go for a reason.  He rode the d1cks of that dominant from 7 in 2013 to a life changing contract.  Zimmer said that Captain nearly was cut from the team early in his tenure as a Viking.  Because he as a lazy whiny little brat.

How can that group of guys not come back from a deficit? We did it around half a dozen times last season. Fug off Captain.

“When we took the lead … I know those guys. I knew it was over,” Munnerlyn said. “I’ve been in that locker room before so I knew. Those guys really don’t play well when they are down.”

not sure how that is not a shot at the character of the locker room.

It is and I think he is right for the 2016 Panthers

Not a popular opinion I know

The problems this year were created by management. This is almost like a broken record though. Everybody on the team is frustrated for one reason or another. It's hard to rally troops when you're getting your head blown off. The team should be rallying around each other. I don't think it's ever a one man job. If you see your QB down, you rally around him. But it is true, when we are down, we're down and can't find a way to snap back. That's easy to sink into that when your coach has no urgency. Everything is woe is me.

I think it's the player leadership that needs to step up & hold everyone accountable to start playing for each other. Everyone.
