It is so simple.

Eat less, exercise more, burn off more than you take in.

The physiology is undeniable, and anybody that tries is a fat dumbass.

To lose 1 pound you must burn 3500 excess calories.

Period.

So many people can't do this basic math.

Good advice FIz. Mustard is the secret weapon imo. Back when I was dieting hard about 2 years ago everyday my dinner was a turkey sandwich. It had toasted wheat bread, swiss cheese, and mustard. Instead of chips I had pretzels. Combine that with working out and no soda I lost 20 pounds.

I've been trying to get in better shape recently. I quit soda 3 weeks ago and I've already lost 6 pounds. But I've also been doing lots of cardio and light weight training. Been doing a little bit of HIIT as well.
