How do you know he would have handled it privately?  Do you know him that well?  I don't know what happened, if there was damage he may not have been there when it happened but who's to say what really went on?

LMAO, I don't think he smiles cigarettes but he definitely has an occasional cigar and him inhaling has been questioned. But don't reach lol.

I would hope he wouldn't leave and let his company damage a property that doesn't belong to him. I just believe that he would handle this privately. He's just not the "I don't care" type when it comes to business/money matters. Seems to me that he knows this creates a distraction if it gets out of hand. If he (or his entourage) did damage it, he has to and should pay up. I also think it's exaggerated, but I know that makes for good gossip. We don't know what went on, but some things just don't add up. I also want to know why his lawyers hadn't responded if this is all true. If true, he better pull the checkbook out.
