Why can't Jeremy Cash play SS again. He's 220, I just looked it up. Ron needs to make that move

Did you see Cash in coverage in college? He was terrible.

But, to be fair, so is everyone else we're putting out there right now.  Hard to imagine him doing worse.

Just looked it up, he runs a 4.34 40, and Coleman even mentioned he was up there with Ginn. Not sure where this comment came from, that all he can manage is a brisk jog?

Jones must the kind of guy who has frequent nagging injuries because on the football field he's nowhere even close to that kind of speed. He's a target for opposing QBs because receivers go right by him. He must have nagging groin problems and will not hold up out there. Yeah at 100% on a track straight line he's fast. On the field with his nagging injuries he doesn't look like a speed demon. I'm scared Jones is going to get burned.

I certainly hope that Colin isn't hiding his groin injuries this season and trying to gimp around running slowly. Please speak up Colin if your groin is bothering you.

What I'm confused about is this. Boston's best when he's running downhill and making a tackle at/behind the Los.(terribly bad in open space). But RR states he's best in dime packages, gulp Roman Harper is better in pass coverage than Boston. He is what he is, a late 4th rounder that can play STs.

Jones has track speed...which is why he has always made his mark in the league as a gunner.  His football speed isn't close to his track speed IMO

People luuuuuuuv to slam Colin Jones for even seeing the field..

 

He has a tenacity and willing to hit anyone. He has great pursuit and sprints to the ball. Not great in coverage not a big guy but I like him out there some.
