Rivera should be alright, but Gettleman better make some fuging hay this offseason or his ass needs to be booted.  I agreed with us saving money when we were cash strapped, but refusal to spend money when it's available and you can't carry it over is fuging asinine.

I think Gettleman has proved to be good, but not great. What many people fail to realize is that he is still learning. He is neither a deity (as I've always said), or a demon.

Basically letting Norman walk and continuing to grab DTs as opposed to acquiring a DE has been problematic, but the most egregious thing as far as I'm concerned is perhaps the way that he has handled the OT position.

Rivera's only serious problem in my opinion has been the promotion of Shula, and his subsequent belief in the man, though he has consistently shown to be slow with adjustments and situational play calling.
