Damiere Byrd. Not as great of a returner (although has gotten much better since his time at USC) but a better receiver.

While a trade/FA signing is possible, I can't imagine it happening the day before a game. We could see something like last week where we brought Ball up from the practice squad but then replaced him with Griffin a couple days later.

For now it almost has to be a practice squad player, or at least someone that had been with the team up until recently. Could be Webster or Horton if they want a DE, or maybe Yankey if they need a lineman.
